And, I predict you will find that most x1 edge connectors come with only 2 x SATA ports because of the limited upstream bandwidth. After many steps along the way I was eventually able to boot Windows 7 but the system was badly damaged with missing DLLs and other horrible messes.

As it is not in the list I am not sure if this is nowadays working with unraid 6. Should I pay a subscription fee to always have free shipping? This card is detect by unRaid v5.

Either can be made to work with unRAID. So I need to know how to add the 2nd card's pci id into the script. The dropped drive didn't show up in the BIOS for the card at all.

I'll just need to know the PCI ID of the card easily obtained once the card is installed in your system. It is doing exactly what I needed it to. The card and SSD drive were instantly useful.

I can't get this to work, and I think I might know why. Overall the percentage of failure is relatively low for the hardware involved. They know or believe you can easily return the product. This worked fine for several months until yesterday When one of the drives dropped off the array.
